All apartments include:

● A full kitchen with an electric stove and refrigerator
● Full bathroom with tub or shower
● Individual thermostat controls
● Window Coverings (blinds or shades)
● Cable television outlets
● Emergency call system
● Hard-wired smoke detectors
● Some units are fully accessible

Shiloh Manor Apartments, LLC is a 40-unit affordable housing community for persons age 62 and older or have need of a unit adapted for persons with disabilities locating in the heart of Middletown.

The community includes 40 one-bedroom apartments with kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living room. All residents must meet income restrictions as established by HUD. Rents are 30% of monthly adjusted household income and include heat, hot water, and electricity. central air conditioning. Telephone and cable service is not provided.

The non-profit Shiloh Community Development Corporation owns
Shiloh Manor, LLC.
